Frequently Asked Questions about Protocel®
General Information for Using Protocel®: Journal Keeping
Keeping a journal is a good way of keeping track of your progress. As
you heal and begin to feel healthy again, you will forget how bad your
condition really was; therefore, in my opinion, it is important to keep
a journal every few weeks to a month or more frequently, if you chose.
This will be a great source of encouragement for you during the healing
process or when experiencing a particularly difficult period. Journals
are especially beneficial to those dealing with MS as the evidence of
their healing is much slower due to the devastation of that disease on
the entire body.
For MS individuals as your first entry, sign your name as
it would appear on a check or legal document. Then write a paragraph
from a book or newspaper. This will show you how your writing will
improve as the months click by. At this point, if writing is difficult,
someone else can write down your words regarding the remaining
suggestions. Next write down what colors look like to you, noting how
vibrant they appear to you, the tones they have in them, if they look
hot or cold, etc. You might want to do this using the t.v. Be sure to
include your overall impressions of your life due to your disease.
Then, make a list of things that you can no longer do at all, including
working, household activities, cooking, moving parts of your body, etc.
Next, make a list of things you can do but need help with, like
dressing yourself, getting in and out of bed, into a vehicle, etc.
Lastly, make a list of things that you can still do but that may take
you longer now to do because of the progression of your MS. Try to
write a time estimate down of how long it takes you to do the activity.
Be as complete in your journal in the beginning as possible with this
first entry.
For individuals with all other diseases as your first
entry, make a list of the various difficulties you have associated with
your disease, especially include how far your illness has progressed,
noting levels of pain, weakness, loss of mobility, loss of appetite,
etc. Then, make a list of things that you can no longer do at all,
including working, household activities, cooking, moving parts of your
body, etc. Be sure to include your overall impressions of your life due

Everyone should update this journal at least twice a
month. It is very important to note improvements in your condition as
well as your overall impressions of your life at the time of each
entry. Remind yourself of the small improvements, as well as any large
ones. Please keep in mind that it will not be one giant step that tells
you that you are getting better. It will be a combination of many small
steps that will let you know you are on the road to recovery. Protocel®
helps the body recovery from cancer and many other diseases quickly.
HOWEVER, this is not accomplished overnight. You need to
allow your body to heal at the rate it needs to heal.
